Our story
KAIZEN CONSULTANTS began in Surat in 2012 with the aim of serving organisations looking for labour laws and HR consulting. The firm expanded across Saurashtra from Rajkot in 2016, established a Vadodara office in 2021, and from 01 October 2024 operates as KAIZEN HR LEGALMATE PRIVATE LIMITED.
We work alongside associates across India and maintain working relationships with Labour & Employment, PF, ESIC, Industrial Safety & Health and Municipal authorities — so notices, inspections and licensing matters move without avoidable delay.
